Exterior Drains
Most often we start noticing that we have exterior drain issues is when we have puddles appear around trees, plants, shrubs or around our home walls.
Exterior drain issues can - however do not only start from the interior of the home; very often the problems start outside.
Quiet often it is possible that if the pipe runs near a tree with large and powerful roots it can be penetrated and cracked and clogged by those roots. In order to able to diagnose that, a drain camera would need to be used for the technician to be able to see where and what exactly is going on. Once it is for sure known that the roots are the problem, then from the exterior of the home a whole is dug out at the exact point of clog and the tree roots are cut out and once again the pipe is replaced. If our technician thinks that that same tree might cause the same issues in the future, he might suggest removal of the tree or at least removal of all the roots which are heading the direction of the pipe.
