Drain flushing is a technique which is used as a primary step when you run into plumbing or drain problems. VMB GROUP always recommends drain flushing if the problem was just discovered and the cause of the problem is unknown.
A technician will come out to your property with a "power washer" like tool, and will try to "flush out" all the debris and buildup which is causing the backup. If luck is on your side - that will solve your problem, but if your not so lucky, than the next step is replacement of the line.
However please do keep in mind - if this procedure leaves the problem unsolved perhaps due to the buildup being to severe, and the pipe does need to be replaced, the cost of Drain Flushing will be subtracted from the remainder of the cost for completing the project.
